Your appointment time is reserved for you & I require 24 hr cancelation notice to honor my time as well. I have to turn people away & this policy allows for people to book in the space that becomes available if you cannot make it. Please reach out if you are not feeling well & please wait to come in until you are well to come in for an appointment. We will work out last minute situations in this case & please be prepared to test negative after having covid. It is how I operate & hope to keep everyone as safe & comfortable as possible! Receiving bodywork is a wonderful way to relax, regain strength, increase energy, and tone your muscles and skin. Through various forms of self-care including massage, myofascial release, intraoral & craniosacral work you can reduce the stress and muscle tension that over time can lead to more serious issues in the body.

Please do not miss your appointment. The time you book for your session is reserved for you. For all sessions, please allow a half hour to the time you will be in treatment. You will receive your session for the full time you request and should allow for 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after your appointment time. 

I respect your time, please understand this is necessary to uphold the mutual respect. An advance 24 hr notice for cancellations or rescheduling is required. Changes within 24 hours of appointment, 50% of that missed appointment is requested to be paid when you rebook. Missed appointments without communication, are billed 100% of scheduled services. Thank you.
